Is there a such thing? My fiance is going to travel with me when i start travel nursing and he was wondering if he could be a travel emt/paramedic?

Unfortunately; reciprocity between states is limited for EMT's/Paramedics. While it might be possible, it would be time consuming and expensive. I am not aware of any EMS/ambulance services that use short term contract employee's

I agree with medicin79...short term employment may be very hard to come by unless he meets with an employer with an emergent need for staff. Also, your husband should (if he's not already) be Nationally Registered as an EMT or paramedic. The National Registry has reciprocity agreements in place with many (but not all) states. Too bad your husband isn't a nurse AND a paramedic...then you guys could go wherever!!
