Hey! I applied also for Fall 2013 for the dual degree program 2nd bachelors degree program. (I applied back in Dec.) They told me i should hear back sometime this Feb. I'm actually missing only A&P 1&2 they told me it shouldn't be a problem, one would just take the pre-reqs along with the nursing classes. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Ok good to know thank you..

Hi, hoping you heard back from Molloy already. If not I'll try and give you as much info as I can:

I applied for the Spring2012 semester of Molloy in the Summer of 2011. I had zero prereqs completed but I did have a bachelors degree in another major. After I applied, I called to check the status of my application around August of 2011 and they said that the Spring semester was already full! The admissions woman on the phone was very nice and told me she could push my application ahead to the Fall of 2012. I told her that would be great. On my BIRTHDAY no less in december of 2011 I got my acceptance letter to Molloy for the Fall 2012 semester. When I found out I was accepted I took two prereqs (A&PI and Statistics) over the summer of 2012 at NCC.

One thing you should know is that you should try and take as many prereqs as possible at a community college to save money. Do this BEFORE you start Molloy, because once you are enrolled at Molloy they do not let you take classes elsewhere. Also note that in the nursing program you cannot get below a C+ in any courses, if you do you only have one more chance to re-take the course.

Also know that you do not NEED to have prerequisites completed in order to get into Molloy's nursing program. You can go into the program and take all prereqs that you need while already in the program. Again, when I applied I had ZERO prereqs done and still got accepted. Sure I had to be pushed back a semester because the program gets filled QUICKLY, but it was worth the wait. I start clinicals over the summer.

Good luck.

The good news is here .. I got into Molloy fall 13

Yay! It's a great school. I start clinical's on may 21st (summer!) at Molloy. I'll let you know how it goes so you know what to expect!

Thank you love .. We you be commute or dorm

I just received my acceptance letter to the Fall 2013 semester, but after reading reviews about how the program is set up. I must say i'm a tad concerned about attending.
