how to transfer dataflow

Good morning guys....I would like to ask for your help how to transfer my SCHS dataflow to HAAD....I am currently working here in Riyadh and my contract will expire next year....and before that happens..I want to be done with HAAd so that before..or...when I go back to Philippines I will directly apply for a job in Abu Dhabi....
