i might be moving to dubai because my dads getting a job over there and i was wondering what you need to train to be a nurse from scratch over there, since im only 18 and finishing my a levels this summer, so i haven't been to uni. do i have to train in the UK before being able to become a nurse over there, or can i go over and train there and what are the admissions?

I think you need to talk with your Father's employer about what is a available to families. You may find out that since you are 18 you are considered an adult and eligible for any of his benefits.

The Emirates import qualified nurses to work in their hospitals and from what little I've heard about nursing education out there it's restricted to their nationals.

I've had friend who's husbands have worked out there and depending on their jobs often the wives were not permitted to live with them for more than six months at a time.

You really need to find out what covers you as an adult dependent.
