Hi guys!!! I am applying to the spring 2018 Nursing program at Towson. I Just wanted to start up a place for others to talk about their TEAS scores or anything really.
Just to get the ball rolling, these are my stats:
GPA: 3.85
Science GPA: 3.8
TEAS: 82
I am retaking my TEAS in two days so hopefully I will do at least 2% better.
Y'all, I'm going bonkers! Has anyone else not received a decision yet? I needed to request an extension for just the University since I hadn't heard back from the program yet. I called Brook Necker asking for updates for when we'd know, and someone in the office said, "Oh, you haven't gotten your packet yet? You should have gotten it last week!" She said they would resend if I didn't have it by Monday.
Adding insult to injury! haha. UGH, torture, I tell you. I did get into University of Maryland School of Nursing, but it's going to be a really hard decision to make if I get into both. I guess I just need to know if I need to stress it or not if I didn't even get into TU. Anyone else out there still wondering? Anyone else get in for the Hagerstown location?
Thank you! Best of luck to you as well. I know the acceptance letter said that if they don't have enough people to fill a cohort at Hagerstown then those who did accept the position will be offered admission to the Towson campus. I know that they didn't have a cohort for Hagerstown last spring so I'm curious to see what happens with it this spring.
Hello! I'm currently an out of state student at Texas A&M University and I'm deadest on coming to Towson University for nursing school! I was going to be applying for the spring 2019 term and have been researching and trying to get on top of everything now so that I can fully ensure being accepted. If anyone would have any tips or advice at all please any help would be greatly appreciated! i'd also love to hear what the nursing school is like once y'all begin and would love to stay in touch, thank you!!

Have you heard back from either? I just checked SURFS today and had a decision from UMSON. How about you?
