Touro College (Brooklyn) Fall 2018

Hello all!

I just received my acceptance to the Nursing program at Touro College in Brooklyn. What I've been getting is that it's a relatively new program and they consider potential students a little differently. You send in two LORs, an essay, and do the NLN-PAX at their location. After acceptance, they ask you to send in your transcript.

Haven't seen any pages about Touro College Nursing so wanted to start one to see if anyone has been searching too.

I was accepted into the program too. I've been looking at the old reviews and I attended their information session. I know the program is smaller compared to others but I'm trying to see if I can get more information from a current nursing student at the college.

Yeah I tried getting info from other nursing students on Facebook from their fb group but they haven't gotten back to me. Do you happen to know the start date and did they get back to you on where you'll be placed in the program?

Classes start the first week of September but I won't know my place until I speak to the administrative assistant. I am still finishing up some prerequisites. Some of my credits didn't transfer.
