  1. I would like to add this link here.... no matter what is obstacles and challenging each one of us facing or disappointment at this moment never give up!
  2. they send out a hard copy of your results breaking down the content area you needed to work on in the mail.
  3. That is why I encourage student who failed to used report card or what ever they call it here in the states to use it to prepare for the retake....
  4. I believe so, because when I resit the exam most of my questions where on two areas that I got below grading standards... management of care I only got 1 questions on it although I got above grading standards when I took the exam the first time. So I do believe they keep a record track of our test.
  5. I don’t know if this will be helpful.... but Just remember keep points acute vs chronic.... acute first!! delegation and prioritization...... what is a UAP and a LPN role... which patient can be in a room with which patient... A patient who is high risk stay in a room w/ a patient who not high risk. That same nurse can not take care of other client.... when a nurse float from another unit to other unit she can only attend to stable client, it does not matter how many experience he/she has. another thing to keep in mind what every you get below grading standards that’s what NCLEX test you on mostly.... and if they found other weak area they will also test you on it..... I believe you are well prepared this time.UWorld is good and the rationale very helpful...
  6. Nessa292, I will have you in my prayer and I believe with hard work there is success at the end.... I know anxiety is something we can’t control, but during the exam please try to be calm and take deep breathing and most importantly take your break and used cold water to wash your face. I wish you all the best and I believe YOU GOT THIS!!!
  7. Sadanddepressed, you don’t know me and I don’t know you, but you can’t have that mind set.. yes you failed the third time, but that does not mean you won’t passed. I know people who took the exam seven damn times before they pass it and no one never ask them an interview how many times they sit the NCLEX... maybe you are doing something wrong when studying, maybe you misunderstood what the questions asking you... maybe you are nervous in the exam you over look what the questions really asking you. Are you willing to give up so easy... you make it through nursing school! Why stop now... if you keep doubting yourself that is the result you going to get. A good nurse don’t give up on her dream don’t matter all the obstacles in her ways... just go again... see what you doing wrong... you have 45 days to prepare again.... go through your content areas and see what you are missing, used your report that they send you... my quote is success is the key for a better life! but sometimes you have to failed to be successful... that is part of life.
  8. I would advise you to call Pearson Vue about the charge.. $800 is not something to over look. Kwesi
  9. I would like to update everyone that I just got my result and I PASS!
  10. When I failed the exam I was sad and depressed and didn’t want to eat, I lay in bed thinking I’m damn crazy, how I expected to passed if I only study two weeks and read romance novel. My spouse came home that night and said straight in my face, I know you were not ready, but I still let you sit the exam and he removed the sheet from over my face and said stop it. Your problem is not comprehending you get through nursing school and finish only this one test left.... then he said, anyway my friend told me his wife took NCLEX seven times before she passed it.... no one cares how many times you take the NCLEX when A you apply for a job, some of the best nurses are the ones that failed numerous times.... so sad and depressed....don’t beat yourself too much....
  11. Can you email me privately, maybe I can help in a sense although I failed the first time and waiting to retake... I would like to talk you......
  12. Don’t feel discourage......just please wait until you get the result.... I don’t believe in the PVT.... I wish they discard it.....
