Does anyone know what it means when the application says "In process"?

Mine don't say that and I'm pretty sure I bombed my interview lmao so that's probably a good sign for you!

Mine switched to "In Process" before the hiring fair. I think it just means they've started to review applications for that specific listing.

Same here, I applied for both day/night shift more than a week ago and they both say new. I'm hoping it doesn't take them long to update us on whether or not we get to interview
