Topics for Clinical Question Paper?

I was hoping someone could help me out...I have to write an evidence based paper on a clinical question for my med surg lecture class. An example of a topic is "Why do we turn immobile patients every two hours?" Any suggestions? Help please! Thanks

Why do we do three checks of medication? Why do we double check high-alert meds? Why do we put compression boots on post-surgical patients? Why do we administer prophylactic heparin on just about every patient? Why do we auscultate bowel sounds post-surgically?
