Topics for capstone

I am currently doing my MSN, but really do not have any ideas for my capstone, I would be really happy if anyone has ideas that I can hear about, I obviously do not want to reinvent the wheel, but do want to do something interesting. It's hard to recommend something for someone else, because you're going to spend so much time on it - it has to be something that grabs your interest. What ideas do you have so far? What things interest you? Critical care/ER is very broad.
