took RN NCLEX 5-3 freaking out

I took the RN NCLEX yesterday for the second time...the test was even harder this time I think!!! I feel like they changed the style since 60 days ago. I got all the questions. THere were like 40-50 med questions, of meds I didn't even know!!!!! LOTS of infectious disease.....30-40 of select all that apply!!!! What the heck is going on. I can't take much of this anxiety anymore. I am currently an LPN and I had to take the NCLEX twice for that too. I took the Kaplan class and had good scores. Am I freaking out over nothing?
