Took the Nclex Pn today HELP!

Published

I took the Nclex pn today,

my first pre test question was a medication one and for some reason I rounded it up. Then all the other questions were priority and intake and output, 5 or 6 pharmacology and what action do you take first, and psychsocial ones that I know I got right. But the test kept going on and on and on after I passed 85 I started to pray I said "Lord I'll do 205 questions just let me pass" and I did allllll the questions I was tired. Then the last question came and I know I got that right but did that mean I got the one before it wrong Im so confused and tired, discouraged ,and I don't know what to do Please some one Help tell me what you think this means.:uhoh21:

the NCLEX keeps going until you reach the maximum number or it can determine with 95% accuracy that you have passed or failed. Do not let the number of questions disturb you, I was told by Kaplan that if you was getting priority questions, they are higher point based questions, and well above passing line. That is likely a good sign. I am sure you did fine and will be on here soon saying I passed. Let us know as soon as you find out.
