Hey All,
I think my topic says it all lol. Back in the day all u had to do was show up and say you were interested in working. The manager would ask when can you start and there u go.... My mom was just telling me when she walked into an office about a job posting she saw (which was posted by mistake). She asked the manager about it and told him she was really interested in the job and he hired her on the spot. Now we need experience for positions we may never get experience in. We interview with a panel of people to see if "we're really a good fit for the hospital". We take 30-45 min stupid personality/behavior surveys. Which in my opinion you can't determine how a person is through a systematic survey of multiple questions reworded differently. Also in my opinion I believe they know within the first few mins or towards the end of the interview if they want to hire you. I think the wait game is just as bad as waiting to get a call for an interview. Sorry everybody just a new grad venting lol. Don't get me wrong I am truly blessed to have had 3 interviews. I'm just anxious to start working. And I think it's awesome that some have gotten hired on the spot.
Just my thoughts. Anyone want to add, please feel free
