TOEFL iBT - any experience?

Published

I've heard of this new english exam (TOEFL iBT) that doesn't require TSE. It is similar to IELTS. The good thing is that there is a way to by-pass the spoken band minimum requirement by being active in CGFNS certification. This way, we only have to meet the minimum total score.

Any comments?

hi marcuspoleern i appreciate your info, surely it helps my nerves, somehow the state of my residence is requiring 76 point scale min. and that's for validation for my english course of study before i can endorse my license and practice my profession, i hold a license in ca already but i don't live there and they don't require toefl, since they said nlcex is in english and if you are an us citizen it's waive but not in az sadly i have to go thru the process i'm anxious of the reading and speaking sections since in practice reading section i had i always run out of time and in speaking seems like not enough time 20 sec to prepare and 60 sec to response as in???? anyhow i just hope for the best it might not be too bad - i was originally sched. 04/24 yet due to the tech difficult of the test site i have to resched and the earliest they have is 05/22- hope i'll make thru like i di in my nclex !! haha!! thanks again for your insight and clear info greatlyit helps. have a great day!!
