Tobradex Eye Drops

Hey! I'm taking tobradex eye drops and I have taken it before but this time after about 5 min I can taste it in the back of my mouth!!! It's realy gross and I'm only putting a drop in each eye qid.

Those lacrimal glands on the side of your eyes are indirectly connected to the back of your mouth. (by way of the sinuses). I often can taste my eye drops after I use them.

I've used them before and could taste them too - it's kind of gross, but they work SO well.

There is way to pinch off the ducts somehow. Not sure of the technique exactly but this is supposed to help with what you describe. If I come across it I will post.
