I will be starting my nursing courses next June but it is a every other weekend program so the only classes I have are nursing/clinicals. So in the meantime I have to take the non-nursing courses through my cc and transfer them to my college. Not a problem. I noticed though that my cc has a course in "medical terminology" and another in "dosage calculations/nursing and health care providers"
Even though they will not transfer, I thought about taking them anyways to help give me a head start. Is this a good idea or would it be a waste of my time?
Thanks!

Would definitely give a thumbs up to the medical terminology course. The calculations class would depend on your math skills, if you are good in algebra, then you don't necessarily need that.

Thanks! I am not very good in algebra, I really need time to work and work at it before I can retain the information. That's why I considered the calculations class b/c I noticed there isn't one in the program and I was worried I would be left on my own to figure it out.
Thanks again!:)
