What did you do for plan B?
Did you re-apply the next year or finish up at another school?
I'm just looking for ideas in case the worst happens.

There are 4 out of 20 of the students in my class that are back from last year, and another one that will be joining us in the fall. I would either go back (because you'd know the teacher's material) or move my credits to another school (if it was too uncomfortable/personal). Either way, realize what went wrong and be prepared to fix it. I would never give up on my dreams.

I didn't have to reapply.. Once in the program we are aloud to retake one class so you are just automatically offered the retake.. which i will be retaking med-surg in January.. It's too much work to just quit. I do, however wish that I had went ahead and applied for other schools as a back up plan because my school only offers each course one time per year where others in my area offer all the courses each semester.. i woudln't have had to wait a year if I would have went ahead and applies but then again I've always done so well in school that I never dreamed I would fail.
See, and that is my situation as well. So far my grades have been very, very good, but the format has been drastically changed for second year students and we really don't get anything that amounts to real assistance when we ask for it.
I have company and all of us are floored.
