It is my understanding Piedmont pays $22 or $23/hr for new grads plus evening, night and weekend differentials. Their residency programs are awesome, 4 to 6 months depending on the area in which you are applying to work.

A bunch of us who are graduating from Mercer in December have applied for the residency program. Piedmont is known for their support of the nursing staff. Great place to work.
