Okay so I'm new to this, but have been anxious so I figured I'd make an account. I have applied to TSU for my FNP. Applied to start in Spring 2018. The deadline was October 15, but I was all set by September. I'm wondering how long it will be until I hear if I got in? I'm a little nervous about it...is it difficult to get it? I will have my BSN in December (they already told me I could apply contingent on me having that by the time school starts), and I have been working as an RN with my ASN on a high risk postpartum unit for over a year now. My GPA for health sciences at UTC is a 4.0, but my overall is not so great. I didn't exactly make school my priority when I went to college initially 10 years ago. I have taken classes steadily since then, changing degrees and whatnot, until I finally landed in nursing and obviously had to really dedicate myself to that! What do you think my chances are of getting in? And when might I find out? Last week I emailed the advisor I've talked back and forth with for months and I haven't gotten a reply. Now I'm stressed.
