TN RODP FNP- Summer 2014

I was just accepted into the summer session of the FNP program (home school MTSU). Is there a Facebook group started for this or any previous semesters?

Yes, I applied through RODP and it took them about 2 weeks to assign me a home school (I did it over the holidays so I'm not sure if that is what delayed things). Once you get your home school assignment you can start getting everything together to apply. Good luck!

I answered to another thread but I was assigned MTSU at the start of Jan. and I was officially accepted into the program late Feb. So not that long, the application process is pretty involved (lots of titers and a physical, several letters of recommendation etc). Good luck! Have you applied?

Yes I have. I did the initial RODP application last week, I haven't heard anything back from regents just yet. I'm hoping to start this fall. I have all of my recommendations and other documentation ready once they assign me to a home school. Send prayers up for me.. ? I hope I don't miss Fall deadline which is July 15th

If the deadline is July 15th and you have all documentation ready you should be fine. Good luck!! I am going part time for the summer but I think I will be moving to full time in the fall.

I applied on 1/31/14 for the Summer session. My home school is TSU. Has anyone going to TSU gotten their letter yet? Classes start June 2!!!!

Hey I applied to ropd about a week ago hoping to hear from them soon I also chose TSU for my home school.

Do you mean your acceptance letter into the program? MTSU sent word first through e-mail (my adviser for the nursing program sent the acceptance letter). I did get one a week or so later from the graduate school. You should contact them if you haven't gotten it yet, I have already registered for Summer and Fall classes. Good luck!
