I accidentally committed time card fraud. I forgot to swipe out for lunch and after hours of working I forgot what time I went for lunch, so remembering I need to put in the time I went to lunch, I put the closest time I remembered and got fired because I was an hour off. Does this go on my record or license? Is this sent to the board of nursing?
This was my first nursing job as a new grad. How do I go about this in future interviews when I apply to other places? Should I get a lawyer to renegotiate the terms for my dismissal? Anyone experienced something similar or knows someone who went through something similar? I'm at a loss guys
This is besides the point, but management is treating me like I'm a dishonest person and I have no prior criminal history
