time frames on NCLEX CA?

hi! im from the philippines, i really look forward to someone who give me clearer explanations... i already filed an NCLEX application plus the complete requirement to Ca BON last july 2008.

my questions are (1)when is the estimated time that i can receive my eligibility?, (2) does my eligibilty have time limit too? if so what's the validity date of my eligibilty and when does the counting begins? (3)and after i receive my eligibility, do i need to register immediately at pearson vue?

if i got it correctly, i know that after registering with pearsonvue, il receive a confirmation. and my registration will remain open for 365 days ,the time period beginswhen Ca Bon receives my registration from pearson vue. right?

well, im planning to take the exam in washington on JULY 2009. i want to have the proper timing for all issues regarding my NCLEX as much as possible.
