Those In Areas Affected By Hurricane Sandy - How Are Things

Am in NYC but on the UES so thankfully not much affected by hurricane Sandy, however below about 34th Street in Manhattan and elsewhere in NYC things are quite different. Staten Island is pretty bad and have spoken with family (all accounted for praise God), and most have power back on again.

Know the Ocean Breeze area of SI (where Staten Island University Hospital) is located got hit very bad. Indeed it seems the entire South Shore from South Beach to Tottenville is almost like a war zone.

What is going on with others in areas affected by Sandy.
