Thomas Jefferson U - Traditional BSN (transfer in)

Question to anyone who can help. My daughter is completing TJU BSN prerequisites at another PA university, she will meet the gpa requirements (currently 3.4 gpa) with only completion of chem 112 & 113 to complete her spring 2018 semester. TJU claims there are 53 seats available for transfer ins at the center city location and 15 at the Abington Dixon and you can not apply to both. (Daughter prefers the Center City) So my question is do the seats fill quickly for the transfer in?? Does any one know if all seats are filled at center city but available at Abington would they offer that as an alternative?
