Thomas Jefferson Fact program 2016

Published

Hey, I was wondering if anyone else had applied to Thomas Jefferson Fact program for May 2016? I just wanted to start a forum for prospective students.

Hi Kelquae!

Congrats on being accepted into TJU! After you received notice of your acceptance, how long did you have to "accept" the invitation for admission or "commit" to the program?

Thanks Briellelaurenc!

They give you 3 weeks to submit your deposit to hold your seat.

Hi everyone. I'm submitting my application to the FACT program in a few days. For those of you that received an interview, how long did it take to be offered an interview after your submitted your NursingCAS?

There is a small period if time in between you submitting through CAS and Jefferson receiving it. They will let you know once they have a 100% completed app, (including the references, and all transcripts). From there, it was about to months before the interview, but the difference is that they had not started any interviews yet. So now that they have started, I am assuming that it will not as long of a wait.

Thanks for the information, Kelquae! Did you receive an email from TJU when they received your application? I submitted a few weeks ago and still haven't received an email from them confirming that they received my application, but now I'm not even sure if they do that!

Hi, I was also accepted into the May FACT a couple of weeks ago. If you have not received an email confirmation, I would call someone at the school. I applied, interviewed, and got accepted in a two week period. Good luck!

Welcome FACT class of 2016! I am a current FACT student and want to let you know that there is a private fb page that you can request to be added to. There are many of us who will be selling uniforms, books, supplies, etc. and also happy to help you "ease" into the program.

Good luck finishing your pre-requisites! :)

Hi Kelquae,

What was your GPA when you got accepted? I applied for the prelicensure program for Fall 2016. I am attending "Instant Decision Day" on May 4, 2016.
