Thomas Jefferson FACT-1 class of 2019 (Abington Dixon)

Hi everyone! I could not find a thread, so I decided to start one. This for Thomas Jefferson's Fact-1 program starting in the fall of 2018 at the Abington Dixon campus. Just wondering if anyone else applied to this program or already been accepted?

Mine was Tuesday prior! Good luck! I hope you hear back from them tomorrow! I don't pending science courses should be an issue. I'm waiting for one response from another school and then I will decide.

Hello! I have an interview this upcoming Monday 2/19! I also have some classes that are pending and I agree that they shouldn't be a problem. Does anyone know the class size? From previous posts I've seen, I assumed it is a small class size.

Hi Everyone!

I am new to Allnurses and have also applied to Jefferson's FACT Abington campus. For everyone who has had the interview and have been accepted, can you please provide some insight on how long it all took from application to acceptance? I contacted Jefferson yesterday and they advised I should have a decision by this week or next. If someone could help out, I would like to know what was your GPA like?

Hey everyone! I submitted my application 3/17/18 and got invited to Skype interview on 3/20. Currently waiting to hear back from them. Anyone know the timeline from the interview to acceptance?

Hi! Can anyone shed light if they don't mind in their gpa stats? I'm applying for spring 2019 and am worried that my GPA isn't good enough. I graduated with a 3.37 but I think with my prerequisites I'll have closer to a 3.7 if not better.

Hey everyone! I'm debating interviewing via Skype versus making the trek to campus. I'm coming from out of town and am struggling to make the interview dates work with my work schedule. Hoping a Skype interview holds the same weight as an in person interview. Has anyone who Skyped in been accepted/what was the process like? Thanks!

Hey Kelsey, I had to Skype interview due to the weather conditions at the time and I was going to be out of the country during the dates I was asked to interview. Not exactly sure if it held the same weight but I would assume they have to take that into consideration. The interview itself was very easy going. More like a conversation showing your interests in nursing, what kind of person you are, your strengths weaknesses, etc. it's been a little over 3 weeks since I've interviewed so I'm very nervous about my admission decision :/
