This is so not good. TEAS...

Okay, so I took my TEAS test last week on the 15th with about 70 other people. Our scores were promised to be online this past Monday, and they weren't. Okay, no problem, it was a holiday. But when they weren't there by late yesterday, I decided to call ATI to see what was up. I was informed that I was about the 50th student to call from my school asking the same question, and her answer was the same, they haven't received the tests from my school yet and we need to call our school to find out where they are, cause they are looking for them too. So, I called my school, left a message to the TEAS test coordinator, to the nursing program director, and a couple of other people. No response. Today, I called my advisor, just got off the phone with her, and she hinted around, didn't come out and say it, but the jist I got from her is that its possible they may have misplaced the answer sheets!!! Yeah, great, so what does that mean if they can't find them? We all have to take it over, but no problem she says, there is another test session coming up on the 29th. I'm like, what?????? The whole reason I took the test on the 15th was because it was the first of the 3 testing sessions, the second being last night, and they start making their decisions as each sessions scores come in, kind of like a first come first chance thing. That will greatly reduce my opportunity to get in, and besides, who the heck wants to take a test like that over. Oh yeah, the advantage will be that I know what the test is like and what to expect but so will about 70 other people along with me and all the others scheduled for that test date, all competing for 50 slots. I'm so mad right now I could scream. She said to call back tomorrow and she should have more information. How frustrating is that? The other reason I didn't want to take the test on the 29th is because my semester will have already started and I'm taking microbiology, I'm not going to have the time to study again. Well, hopefully, they didn't lose the tests and we'll get our results soon. It's torture waiting knowing that the balance of your future rides on those test scores, and they know that too. It just really bites. Well, just wanted to vent. Thanks for listening!!
