It's only 10am and I'm ready to go home! Plus its cookies against cancer day today and I have 3 dozen of the most delicious cookies ever sitting on my file cabinet just begging to be eaten. Ugh. What's everyone's weekend plans??I'm going to a parade that my kid is marching in (band) and then moving back into my basement after the flood damage!

I have some school assignments that I need to do. This class is almost over- 2 more weeks I think. And then I just feet first into the next one- woo! I just keep telling myself, "These classes are hard but this time will pass whether or not I am taking them and the pay off will be worth the stress" But it is overwhelming at time. 4 graduate hours in 8 weeks is a lot of learning

I have been working really hard...doing a little grandbaby shopping. You know. Really hard stuff so far today. But. Today is still relatively new. So I won't be letting my guard down anytime sooon. Until 2:50 :) Ballgames tonight. My daughter's team has just 3 more games. She is a trooper. Thankfully, her dad is her assistant, so he takes a lot of the load off her. Baby shower tomorrow, and enjoy this beautiful weather!!!! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Sep 30, 2016 Yesterday was my birthday and my first 51/50 (for those not in California a 51/50 is an 72 hour psychiatric hold). It was sheer craziness. This weekend I plan on having fun in San Francisco. I'm going to pretend to be a tourist and stuff myself on crab and clam chowder. Also, double-decker bus tour and ride over the Golden Gate bridge. It'll be nice to not have to drive through that traffic and pay the $7 toll (!!!!).
