It's only 10am and I'm ready to go home! Plus its cookies against cancer day today and I have 3 dozen of the most delicious cookies ever sitting on my file cabinet just begging to be eaten. Ugh.

What's everyone's weekend plans??

I'm going to a parade that my kid is marching in (band) and then moving back into my basement after the flood damage!

i didn't know it was cookies against cancer day - oddly enough i brought yummy yummy cookies. Now i can say that they're against cancer.

I want some cookies!!! But I'll probably just eat the stupid banana that I brought.

I don't have any big plans this weekend. I have some school assignments that I need to do. This class is almost over- 2 more weeks I think. And then I just feet first into the next one- woo! I just keep telling myself, "These classes are hard but this time will pass whether or not I am taking them and the pay off will be worth the stress" But it is overwhelming at time. 4 graduate hours in 8 weeks is a lot of learning

Nothing, except what my two neighbors and I call "deck therapy"...moved my summer and winter clothes last nite, will decorcate for halloween.

We are supposed to get some much needed rain. So it will be a good weekend to be inside.

We have a 1/2 day today. No one has come to the clinic all morning. I guess "life-threatening stomachs" don't happen on Friday 1/2 days.

Yes, this Friday is dragging. I have been working really hard...doing a little grandbaby shopping. You know. Really hard stuff so far today. But. Today is still relatively new. So I won't be letting my guard down anytime sooon. Until 2:50 :)

Ballgames tonight. My daughter's team has just 3 more games. She is a trooper. Thankfully, her dad is her assistant, so he takes a lot of the load off her. Baby shower tomorrow, and enjoy this beautiful weather!!!! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Lunch just ended, so the student that I told to see if lunch helped her stomach will be showing up, without ever going back to class.

Yesterday was my birthday and my first 51/50 (for those not in California a 51/50 is an 72 hour psychiatric hold). It was sheer craziness.

This weekend I plan on having fun in San Francisco. I'm going to pretend to be a tourist and stuff myself on crab and clam chowder. Also, double-decker bus tour and ride over the Golden Gate bridge. It'll be nice to not have to drive through that traffic and pay the $7 toll (!!!!).

Been an interesting day so far! But this weekend should be stress-free; my daughter has cheer Saturday, then doing some Halloween decorating, not much else planned(thankfully)

OMG, our PE kids are running the 1/2 mile today, you'd think they're being tortured. Coming in whining about not feeling well, running with no breakfast in them. Sigh

Ugh! the dreaded fitness test! I wish I could schedule a sub for that week.

OMG! Right?? Or the PE teachers sending kids because they are out of breath... Um, yeah. They were running. Give them 5 minutes and some water.
