Hi. I don't currently work there, but I am very interested in working there after relocating from CA. Can you tell me about your experience with the hiring process? Are you a new grad or do you already have experience? If you are a new grad how'd you find out about the posting and do they open them regularly (quarterly) like some other hospitals? How long before you heard back from them? What department will you be working in? Thanks a lot. Hope someone can respond to your questions as well.

The hiring process actually went pretty quick once I got in touch with the recruiter and actually speak to her. I had one yr of experience and I will be going to the NICU. They post pretty regularly to their career website.
