I'm applying for utmb's nursing program for Spring 2026 and thought I'd create this forum, anybody else applying? stats If all goes to plan:

science will be a 3.63, prerequisite 3.3, TEAS- (taking next month), and personal statement is finished

I don't think it's required but they do look at it. I'm also wondering how many spots are left, since it's a rolling basis

If you are applying traditional, then apps are reviewed after the deadline closes I think its only rolling for the RN-BSN program

I am also applying. Here are my Stats. 
 
GPA: 3.3 

TEAS overall: 91.3%
TEAS Science portion: 93.4%

I applied to the program and just completed my supplementary application. I am very impatient and hate waiting. I wonder how long it takes to get notification?
I saw 6-8 weeks somewhere and that seems like forever already.

well they just extended the deadline to August 25th

Does this mean that decisions do not go out until after August 25th? I hope there are early decisions... 😞

Yes they said that decisions will be made after August 25th and there is no rolling admissions. They also said it will take roughly take 12 weeks for all decisions to be made, so there is no early decisions which lowkey sucks.
