I know it's weird to talk about pay but in these times when stuff is extra crazy, I feel like we should talk about it so that everyone can be aware of what they should be looking for. Let's talk about pay for new grads, as well as how it looks after that first year. I'm hoping this information will help everyone be able to accept or deny new hire offers. We shouldn't take less than we are worth! If anybody has any information on the pay scale at different hospitals in the Houston, Texas area can yall please share! It can be a range. I know some post their range on their websites but places like Methodist, TCH, HCA, and so on don't all share. I know what I WANT but I want to be realistic.
Thank You, everyone!
