I got a call last Friday from the admissions officer reminding me about the deadline for reservation (got my acceptance last Thursday). He then emailed me the same reminder plus the link for the scholarship application. 

Maybe try to reach out to him.

May! I believe we have in person orientation May 14/15 and the first day of classes begin May 18 - according to their academic calendar
