The Johns Hopkins University Direct Entry MSN - Spring 2026

Hi! 

I submitted my application for the Spring 2026 MSN Direct Entry program at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing on October 1, and I was wondering if anyone heard back.

My NursingCAS was verified 10/6 and I haven't heard back. Did you decide to go to JHU?

yes! I paid my deposit yesterday; when I spoke to them on the 7th they told me early to mid November and then accepted me two days later so maybe most of the acceptances will roll out sometime in the next two weeks hopefully!

I applied by the oct 1st date but not the early date. I sent in my last transcripts a few days before the 1st but had been working on my application since July

I applied sept 30th (late night). My transcripts and were already sent and verified on Nursing Cas.

addisontayyy- do you mind sharing your stats please? and how much time did they give you to accept your admission offer (due date)?

I applied to total of four programs including john hopkins.I got my reply within two weeks of applying to each program including john hopkins. Vanderbilt took forever to get back though. I was put on waiting list by Hopkins but got accepted into other programs (Emory, Duke and Vanderbilt).

Congratulations! Happy for you. kind, do you mind sharing your stats as well and how much time did they give you to accept the offer?

They were generous with aid/scholarship as well.

Addison do you mind sharing your stats please? and how much time did they give you to accept your admission offer (due date)?I just want to know if I should expect anything from them or not.

Absolutely. I had a cumulative GPA of 3.7. All pre-reqs were straight As, two pre-reqs are currently in progress. 
Three recommendations
3 years of clinical experience
Other stuff I have been doing -- community service mainly

I have until mid-November to decide.
