I was search for a info about a different topic on another thread, and found this paper from the WSNA: http://www.wsna.org/practice/publications/documents/economic%20value%20of%20nursing%20-%20white%20paper.pdf
I always find the common discussion of nurses discussing "their worth"...Do anyone REALLY know how that is calculated??
I find people referring as their "services" included in "housekeeping"...I find myself wondering if it is sarcasm or if it's knowledge.
Just a in depth article of the history and information of our "economic value". Feel free to share!
