Hey there, I just recently moved to FL from Maryland. I lived on the Eastern Shore of MD for about 5 years and got to know the area pretty well. As far as Delaware goes, the best ER in the state that Ive personally seen is probably at Christiana Care in Newark, DE. They are the states only designated Level 1 trauma center, and the campus around the hospital is beautiful. As far as the rest of the state goes, the Delaware beaches are quite nice (Rehoboth Beach and Bethany Beach are both beautiful!) and Ocean City, MD is only a 30-40min drive south of the DE beaches.. here are a couple websites if you want to check them out...

Hi, You will find a great deal of difference in pay in the 3 different counties in Delaware with New Castle paying the most, Sussex the least. Kind of hard to believe with only about a 100 mile difference between them! I work in Dover now, live in Rehoboth and have been looking for a new job closer to home, I will be taking a cut in pay, but right now I'll be saving about 70 dollars in gas, so it all evens out. Anyway, the other poster was right about Seacrets, great place to go, and all of the beaches here are really nice, great restaurants, and of course tax free shopping! Let us all know what you decide to do. Eileen
