thanks for all the support on your posts regarding my doggie anxiety. i could not reply becasue i have not yet become a premium member so i hope all that wrote me will see this. i trully hope that dogs do not have much of a concept of time. and i will do my best in keeping her comfy and content. she is pretty much blind and has loss of hearing but still spunky, little dogs live so much longer than thier bigger relatives. i have a large walk in closet and i'll set her up a panacea. our first dog had to be put down, it was horrible since he was a/o x 3, his hips went out. the 2nd one just died one night on the fresh mowed lawn, the morning dew was upon him when he spotted him. he was old and died in style. i hope my little one goes peacefully too. yes i hope someday that god will allow us to be greeted not only with people loved ones but all our faithful 4 footers. in the hospital i go the extra mile to find a way for patients to see thier pets. we have pet therapy so its alittle easier, i do not want to know what the actual policy is, but i will fight tooth and nail for the pet's right to be there, what a difference it makes! i've had patients failure to thrieve perk right back up and dc's the next day, that sparkle and zest for living would come right back. thumbs up for all the critter lovers out there! :balloons:
