Thanks to All

I wanted to thank all who responeded to my post the other day. I did talk to the therapist from my facility. I also called my doc and she refilled my antidepressants. I was really feeling so low. I don't even know what set it off. But then I never really do. I could not call to talk to my family due to out playing around (chopping xmas tree).

I wish every one of you a heartfelt thanks. I went and took hot shower and just bawled my eyes out and did feel better. I am not normally a suicidal person. I just could not deal with the pain at that point in time and writing that post helped. Yall helped even more with the kind words and thoughts that were posted.

:kiss Glad to have been there for you when you needed an ear... a shoulder.

:balloons: ((((((((((travelinglady))))))))) Anytime dear one. Anytime. Try to enjoy your holiday as best you can. Sometimes we have to make a conscious effort to enjoy life some days. Perhaps this is one of those times for you. We're all here for you. You know that though. ;)
