I got accepted! They contacted me a week ago. I applied FNP hybrid for Summer but they won't take me until for fall.

I applied at the end of April and my status is still "Awaiting Department Review." 😞

Hopefully soon. I called today and kept getting transferred around and got no answer.

Congratulations! Have they told you when orientation is? I'm trying to plan my August IF I get in LOL.

its an online orientation that you can do anytime! their website is down tho so I can't get in to do it LOL

I'm still waiting ... 😆 I also applied at University of southern Alabama since application deadline isn't till July 1st

I just heard back! They said I, along with the rest of the fall applicants, have been deferred to the Spring because the Fall cohort is full.

😮, I never heard back at all! That's ridiculous push two semester behind now. I applied last week to the university of southern Alabama.

I got an email from someone in WHNP department stating that my application didn't make the cut for Summer 25 because they didn't have enough time to finish reviewing before Summer started. And stated they only admit for summers for the WHNP program and so if I'd like to be considered for Summer 26. I'm really sad 😔 but this is the school I really want to attend so I guess that means no for school for me anytime soon. Did anyone hear the same? I was in disbelief

Wow , that's ridiculous I never heard back, I don't understand why did tell me it was okay send in my application in May if they are only accepting Summer. What a bummer

I applied for online fall FNP. I wouldn't know anything if I didn't email my advisor. My application status still says "under department review."
