I just received my confirmation email, a week after I scheduled my interview.

Those of you interviewing for specific clinical locations, is it a group interview or individual?

I'm interviewing for Arrowhead and it didn't say anything about a group interview.

 

Side note, any hotel recommendations to fly into and stay for interview? Thanks and congrats to all the new interviewees!!

I reached out on Monday to confirm my appointment time and date because I did not receive the confirmation email. They said it was a marketing issue and was hoping it would be resolved but my time and date were confirmed through the contact we all receive in the email we receive to book an interview time. 
 

I also just received the official confirmation email with the video to prepare. So maybe it's getting fix 🙂

Does yours specify Arrowhead for your interview In the confirmation or email? It seems the link to schedule the interviews is where people have found the word "group", at least my experience and reading others. I haven't seen anyone mention my top choice clinical site so I"m just curious. It appears last years forum everyone had mentioned their co-interviewee I.e would appear to be done in pairs.

 

I also asked for recommendations re accommodations while in town for interviews on last years forum, shall see if anyone replies!

Hi! I'm in the class above you! I saw someone ask about hotel recs and what not. I stayed in an AirBnB near the school, DO NOT DO THAT. The neighborhood around the school isn't the safest. All of the hotels around the area are great. Avid, Hilton, the worthington are places where some of my friends stayed. 
 

As for arrowhead interview, one of my best friends here (also my roommate) is going to arrowhead. Her interview was individual ONLY bc her partner didn't show up. But expect the unexpected. I believe her interview had two professors and her clinical coordinator. Questions are tough and much more clinical based compared to other professors/ clinical coordinators that interview students.

Any insight to what type of questions they'll be asking? Outside of the basic "clinical" - like examples?
