Hahahhahahahahaha my interviewer looked at my gre and made the comment that English is not my primary language LOL ????? actually I don't think it's that bad LOL that's when I knew my interview went down hill LOL tbh I don't think they should use gre as a decision factor. GRE is not an indicator of how well you will do in grad school, GPA is. That's why so many schools are moving away from GRE

The points system is just a guess, but realistically they need an objective way to fairly rank 250 candidates. Otherwise you could have an admission committee deadlocked for months on who from a pool of 250 should get a seat in the program simply based on vibes. What they score and how they weight them however, who knows. Some combination of GPA, GRE, essay, interview...possibly the length of time as a critical care nurse...possibly some sort of credit if you've worked at teaching or large/Level 1 type hospitals...potentially also small credit for if had any leadership roles like charging, etc. No idea. They assuredly have some sort of points or scoring system though to rank all the candidates--that I have no doubt in. Likely some sort of rubric-esque scoring encompassing your full application + interview.
