This genuinely made me laugh out loud. I feel the exact same way. I have also compared all the previous years but it seems like they do something different every year. Like last year they had reopened the application in the middle of interviews... the year before they only did interviews for a few days.

Yes I know. We don't have a parameter to be based off. IDK if last year they didn't get enough people that's why they have to reopen. There is a guy that said that 5 people didn't show up and 2 were accepted someplace else. We're down to 138 ???

My best guess would be this Friday calls should be coming in ?

How many people did they interview this time around?

Did anyone get asked about CRRT or ECMO in their interview?

not CRRT nor ECMO, but asked me heavily about IABP.

Do you have CVICU experience?

Yes. At the beginning of the interview, they'll ask you specifics about your current ICU and specialty and base their questions on that. So it kinda helps on what to focus reviewing on when preparing for the interview

For me it was not like that. My peer had neuro experience and I don't. He started with neuro questions even though I said that neuro was not my strongest subject. It throw me off completely.

Im sure you did just fine. I guess it really depends on the interviewer. Very unpredictable. haha

Yeah it's very unpredictable. There was like 3 questions I couldn't answer that's why I feel bad but it is what it is. Everybody says it is based on what you know. I think I was the exception m. Now just need to wait for acceptance or denial letter ?
