I feel the same way! I've been driving myself crazy wondering how I truly performed. From what I am hearing from current students this is their typical interview style. It is likely than both interviewees can get acceptance because they use this method to see how you engage and respond with others.
I also felt the same way. I felt like the other person I interviewed with answered some of the questions better than I did. And they did go back and forth asking if we agreed with the other person's answer. They were very nice but it feels impossible to know how I did.
It's impossible right now, but when you see that invite to the program you'll know!
