TEXAS NCLEX RN

Published

Hi everyone....

I appeared for NCLEX RN exam in Texas on February 28 and came to know that I passed through pearsonvue trick and quick result.

Actually I am A foreign Graduate and I reached in USA only Five months before .when i came here everyone asked hey why are u not going for coaching ....go for coaching... and even my in- laws also insisted to go ,but i told husband give me a chance ,let me try ....if it is negative ,,,i will definitely go ..because i don't want to pay 3000 dollars for coaching.

He bought me Saunders textbook and I got Kaplan Text .(strategies and theory).I asked to those who took exam before me ....they extended their help....First I prayed to Lord >>>I need to pass this exam....I am a average student and I want to pass before April . Dear Friends Trust Him 100%....After that i went through Kaplan streategy text ,this helped me to understand what is exam and i wrote it in a paper ...then i took saunders, they are having a timetable ,,,if u have adequate time follow it.. Go through each and every chapter in the morning wen your brain is fresh and practice questions afterwards with that paper where u wrote strategies ....by exam time u will be thorough how to prioritse ,delegate ,and so on...

Read Pharmacology chapters but dont spend so much time ,practice questions on calculations once in a week ,and understand all normal values ...take one exam on Saturday and relax...Always my practice percentage was 60-67%....review ,review ,review.at first it was less than that.

After u register at pearson vue increase your pace of study .I suggest u to review 2-3 times whole text ...BEcause i won't remember otherwise.after U get ATT try to give 2-3week gap ,,as this is the crucial time period quickly review ur study contents and notes prepared ,do atleast 100 questions, review pharmacology deeply, never try to learn something new ,,,,never try to increase workload ,relax,relax...go for a walk, dont discuss ur exam date with anyone ....because people have different opinion ,TRust LOrd and believe yourself ...ofcourse you may be having tension ,i say it is good ...then i got a book Ready TO PAss.it is good for this days ...google and find EKG for NCLEX...and also pictures of pressure sore ,skin diseases ,minor problems of newborn ,cardiac anomalies, heart sounds and practice atleast 10 questions of select all that apply pay attention to acidosis and alkalosis, morphine ,diuretics.

exam day ...actually i am a tension baby ...i went through allnurses and read all responses ,actually it provided confidence ...,i will say it is best to take afternoon ,so that u will have good dinner ,sound sleep and a shower before exam...it is said not to study anything ...but i went through all normal value ,drug calculations and pictures take alight snack and carry some with u drink enough water and go to restroom ... .

Relax urself and follow instructions.i went to seat recited Psalms121 and started ...it went on 75-80 break 100,120,150 by the time my hope dropped so i stopped looking at timer and questions.most were priority ,12-18 select all that apply,2-3pictures,drag and arrange and u will be given labvalues ,PE ,chiefcomplaints and decide what is best for patient.I will say pray pray ,,,it doesn't matter whether u are brilliant or covered everything...what we do at that point decides our destiny...So i prayed for wisdom.and anyhow it stopped.after i getout i was in a freezed stage after 2 hour i tried pearson vue and 'goodpopup' came ,i was crying ...and after 48 hours quick results came....I passed and everyone happy ....oh my dear husband he was my strength.

Dear friends please pay attention and time to first 75 questions ,and in my experience the original exam is easier than what u practiced,so it is confusing ... at least we are having 6 hours////moreover I will say this is an exam to test our Faith.

but now iam experiencing difficulty in passing jurispedence exam otherwise my license wont exam........mmiiiiiiii anybodt please help
