Hey all. I'm an LVN in Texas. I already have a non-nursing BS degree as well.
The threads I'm finding on the subject have a lot of outdated information (IE, programs that existed in 2013 but don't exist now).
So I'd like to ask the question for the benefit of myself and anyone else interested in the subject:
What do you know about available LVN-RN (online) programs that will result in a Texas RN license? Things you've read? Where you're applying currently. Where you recently went (only if the program still exists!), what your experiences are/were there, and so on.
Thoughts, comments, ideas?

I'm in the same boat with you all. I find it so frustrating and disheartening that every school seems to have so many different requirements and make you jump through so many hoops. I'm already a nurse, I feel like I've proved that I am at least competent in that and that I have passion and the ability to be successful in this field. It kills me to know that the teenage girls in my pre-requisite classes who have nothing to do but study are starting the RN program in the fall, whereas having to work full time and go to school full time is too much for me to do and still get straight As. B's apparently are completely worthless and I can't afford to retake these classes or go to trade school again...I just feel trapped in my inability to advance my education, and it seems like a real shame that so many are in this situation.
