For a start you are not applying for NCLEX but licensure to be a RN in the US of which NCLEX is a part of that process. Title of thread changed to indicate this. Moved to the International forum as per the red banner that asks all posts regarding immigration and working in another country to be placed in the International forum

All information can be found on the BON website on what is required for foreign trained nurse. Not sure if you are aware of retrogression and no visas. Suggest a good read in the International forum

Specializes in Medical and general practice now LTC.

Also we ask that no one uses text in their postings for a couple of reasons, not everyone understands text messaging but it is also a good way to practice writing in English especially as documentation is written fully unless it is an agreed abbreviation of the hospital

With all due respect to you, a fellow Filipino nurse, if you want to work as a professional nurse here in the U.S.A. kindly practice from now on only grammatically correct English and only academically accepted English spelling. This reply is not meant to embarrass nor belittle you but to inform you that using your style of spelling is not used nor accepted in the professional setting. I believe that it should never be used by a college educated person.

In my long professional experience here in the U.S., I have seen that nurses who can speak and write grammatically correct English have much better chances of getting hired or promoted to higher positions within the organization. (Of course good work, intelligence and other factors count as well.)

Trust me on this one.
