No I had the same problem. I see where it is suppose to be linked but it doesn't work

Okay thank you, I will post if it gets updated/fixed. I called HR and left a message. I'm hoping to get in touch with a recruiter to see if they can get it fixed.

Thank you for your response Makenley! I found the link! I will be graduating in May and was looking to apply in Austin, but I noticed in the description for this posting that we had to of graduated in January.. Do you know anything about May graduates or the residency program in Austin? Sorry for all of the questions, I am from out of state so trying to figure everything out!

Of course! I graduate in May as well! I believe this residency program is available to all May and January graduates. It just requires you have your bachelors degree and RN license prior to the start date

Perfect! I am assuming this application is only for the Houston hospital? I know some places will just post one application to apply for, but have multiple positions and locations available so I wasn't sure if that was the case with this one. I know the hospital in Austin just opened so I am wondering if they are even having a residency program for the Summer 2024 cohort..

No it's supposed to all be in one pdf per the application description.

I just received and filled out the questionnaire from TCH! It was emailed.

Yes, create a single PDF containing all documents but you can submit it under miscellaneous documents.  Thank you! I also received my questionnaire through email!
