Texas Cath Labs

Hi all, I'm a cath lab nurse in a moderately busy hospital in California and my husband and I are looking to move out of state--like many others--to someplace we can afford to buy a home and start a family. Texas is in the group of states we are considering, but I don't know much about what the hospitals are like in different areas. I know Cali is great with staffing ratios, but since I work in the cath lab, that's not a big deal. Is there anything else I should know about working in Texas? Also, anyone recommend certain hospitals? Thinking of the Dallas area as of now...Also. Any other Texas-related info would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!
