test taking

I'm sooo incredibly bad at taking tests. Right now i'm failing a class because of my test grades. I'm in my last semester of ns. It's not because I don't know the content because I do and I make mind concept maps and do practice test to prepare. I do great on the practice tests but when it comes to the actual test I freeze up, read the questions wrong, or my mind goes blank.

Does anyone have some tips that could help?

Sounds like you suffer from Test Anxiety!! Just stay calm and remain positive with the right attitude during the exams! If you dont calm down and are anxious you wont perform as well as you should! Look online for test strategies and test anxiety tips to calm your nerves so you can do good on exams!! Good Luck!
