tennessee tech Nashville lpn

I am attending orientation for TTC Nashville campus for LPN this month. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what the next step is after that? What is the orientation about? Is there an interview question. How long after that can I expect to receive my acceptance letter? Sorry so many questions but has anyone been through this program at TTC Nashville campus already that can offer me some advice from the students perspective and some tips?

I have read pretty must every nursing post on this site but none are current for the class that is starting in September 2014.

Any information would be much helpful

Got in!! See you guys in Sept.

So do yall know whats in the skill bags?

Nope, clicked on the link but it didn't give any info

Hey Ariel this chance lol

Hey what info have u heard about the program

I got accepted in spring class. They didn't give me interview. But you do have to pass 80% for reading and 50% for math. And make sure you've done all the requirements: shots and cpr (american heart association ONLY), apply for FAFSA before registration date, order you skills bag (this bag will be sent directly to school, not to you), and uniforms (it takes 4 weeks for them to finish your uniform, so you better do it immediately after you got acceptance letter).

It is a very intense course, but you'll be fine!! tips are: make friends with everybody, you'll need that.. so you can compare your notes (i did that, and it's extremely helpful). read before you come to class is very very helpful too (if the book is too expensive, you can buy them at amazon or other places. but it's better to be in the same edition)

GOOD LUCK!!

Hey what was your scores on the compass, I am trying to get into the ripley campus my scores are 55 in math and a 89 in reading, do u think I should take it again?

Has anyone recently gotten in I got 74 math and 93 reading what are my chances

Hi everyone , I just need some advice. I'm going to apply for the Jan 2016 class. I have already passed both compass tests. Since I will not be able to work when I attend should I go ahead and purchase the books in the near future? While I am still working? Or does financial aid pay for these? I just want everything to be squared away before I start. As my husband will be the only one working. Thanks for any info!
