Hi, which campus did you apply to? I just sent in my application to the Germantown campus :)

Just waiting now too. Have you heard anything yet?

I applied to all three campuses! The only thing I've heard is that my nursing cas application and supplemental application have been received and it will take 2-4 weeks or longer due to high volume to process. I'm just not sure if "processed" means a decision... ?

Just an email saying that got my NursingCAS application....

I kind of need to know soon so I can register to take the prerequisites, A&P1 and 2 and Psych. Have you done those already?

Anyone else out there who has applied to Union??

You might as well register for them just in case! Yeah, I'm all done with the prereq's, so hopefully it's an easy decision lol!

What school did you get your first degree at and what is your major?

I'm graduating from San Diego State University in 3 weeks!! :) and I majored in biology.

I applied to the Jackson campus on October 22nd. The only thing that I've heard is that they received my NursingCAS application. Have yall heard anything else lately?

Hahah anyways, when did you get the email saying they had received your application?

I'm officially in the 2-4 week timeframe, so I hope I hear something soon!!!

What about you? Where did you get your first degree and what was your major? Also, have you finished the prerequisites?

I sent in my application December 1 for the Hendersonville campus and I'm already getting impatient! My NursingCAS application has been verified and Union sent me an e-mail a couple of days after I applied saying that they were just waiting for that to go through. I spoke to an advisor a couple of weeks ago and she said it could be APRIL before I was officially accepted or not.

I am finishing up prerequisites at Volunteer State. I need to take Anatomy I next semester then I should be set! What about you guys? I'm so glad I came across this thread! :woot:

I got the e-mail from Union the next day. I graduated from Freed-Hardeman University. It's in Henderson, just down the road from Jackson. My degree is in Biology. I was pre-med too, so I already had all the pre-reqs taken care of.

April?! That's a long time from now.

@JMGrayson: April???!!!!?!?! :nailbiting: Do you think maybe that's because you possibly didn't make the first priority deadline?

Also, how did you speak to an advisor? It seems like every time I try to contact the school, I have to wait a few days for them to call me back. Do you remember the name of the person you spoke to?

@abs_33: My major is biology too! Have you taken the classes in the curriculum like micro and stats as well? I'm hoping we are able to use the credits for all the classes we've already taken rather than having to take them again!

Yes, I've already taken Micro & Stats. I really hope I don't have to retake either of those. They were too difficult to have to take again.

@moto_beans I had to wait a long time for her to call me back, but her name was Carrie. She said April/May because of their high volume of applications, but she could have been playing it safe. December 1 was the first priority deadline for the Hendersonville campus; that's the only one I applied to. I have read threads from semesters past and the girls that applied for the Fall '13 semester were getting their letters in late December/early January! Hopefully we'll all find out soon! I'm not sure I can last until April!
